The complex blue and white collar payroll systems and services outsourcing programs were completed without industrial relations impact, realised multi-million dollar benefit and delivered payroll performance management against agreed KPIs.

The goal was to develop a leadership approach that developed capabilities for the corporation's unique way of operating and encouraged behaviours aligned with its values.
The outcome was a custom, evidence-based leadership framework and multi-level leadership programs rolled out globally.
Closing the Pay Gap
Reducing the gender pay gap takes a systematic approach and cultural change, particularly when working in male dominated industries.
The solution was regular measurement of pay equity and integration of pay equity in hire-to-retire processes. The results have led to substantial reduction and elimination of pay gaps based on gender.
